Do you cover both CBSE and State Board?
Yes. Zoono Kids covers both CBSE and Kerala State Board. When you book a demo, you can tell us your child syllabus and we will match them with a tutor who knows that curriculum well.
How are tutors matched to my child?
We first understand your child learning pace, class, syllabus, and the subjects they need help with. Based on that we match them with a suitable tutor. If the match does not feel right, you can always request a change.
What technology does my child need?
A laptop works best. A smartphone can also be used. A stable internet connection is important for a smooth session.
What if a session time does not work one day?
Since it is one to one tuition, timing is flexible. If your child is unavailable on a scheduled day, the session can be moved to another available slot based on tutor availability.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. There is a 7 day refund option. If classes were attended during this period, only the attended class cost at Rs160 per class will be deducted. The remaining amount is refunded.
Are all subjects included in one plan?
Yes. All listed subjects are included in every plan. There are no separate charges per subject.
Can I choose which subjects to focus on?
Yes. During enrolment you can tell us which subjects your child needs the most help with. The tutor will prioritise those areas while keeping all subjects covered across the week.
